综合喷雾试验台控制系统设计

摘  要:
为了研究开发静电喷雾技术、烟雾施药技术及其机具,进而解决设施农业病虫害防治、农药残留超标和农业污染等问题,设计了综合喷雾试验台,其控制系统主要包括液体传送、气源、提升平移、喷雾效果检测和高压静电发生器等。液体传送系统给喷头提供高压液流,气源系统给喷头提供气流,使液流雾化并减少在空气中的飘失,将高压静电加在喷头上,使雾滴带电,从而提高雾化效果。提升平移系统实现喷杆喷头的上下前后移动,喷雾效果检测系统实现对喷雾流量的检测、喷雾角分析以及喷头高度与间距的优化等。

摘  要:
In order to research the development of electrostatic spraying technology,normal-temperature fog spraying pesticide technique and its equipment,and to solve the agricultural pest,excessive pesticide residues and agricultural pollution,builded a comprehensive spray test bench.The control system mainly included liquid delivery system,air delivery system,lifting and moving system,spray effect detection system and high voltage electrostatic generator.Liquid conveyed system provided the high pressure liquid flow to the nozzle,and air delivery system provided the high pressure airflow to the nozzle,so that the high pressure liquid atomized and decreased drift in the air.The high voltage electrostatic was offered to the nozzle,so that the droplets were charged,thereby improving the atomizing effect.lifting and moving system realized to move the spray rod and head on up and down or before and after.The spraying effect detection system achieved the detection for spray flow,spray angle analysis as well as the spray head height and spacing optimization.
