罗布泊糖霉菌属放线菌系统进化分析

摘 要:
为了研究罗布泊糖霉菌属(Glycomyces)放线菌多样性,采用不同盐浓度梯度的5种培养基,共分离到7株Glycomyces放线菌,其中5株与有效发表菌株相似性在94.00-96.58%,可能代表Glycomyces新物种。通过系统发育分析揭示罗布泊土壤Glycomyces放线菌的多样性,且多数菌株以极高的自展值在Glycomycetaceae科内形成稳定的、独立的分支。结果表明罗布泊地区不仅具有较多Glycomyces放线菌新物种资源,而且还是一个独特的资源类群。这为开发利用这一类微生物资源提供理论基础和菌种支持。

摘 要:
The soil sample was collected from a hypersaline habitat in Lop Nur,Xinjiang Province. Seven Glycomyces stains were isolated by five kinds of medium with diffetent salt concentration gradient. Five of them showed 94. 00- 96. 58% similarity to strains in Glycomyces and may represented novel species of the Glycomyces. The results indicated that a high diversity of the genus Glycomyces presented from the Lop Nur. The experiment aimed to provided the theoretical basis and strains of this kind of microbial
