摘 要:
建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定苕叶细辛(Asarum Insigne Diels)中马兜铃酸A含量的方法。色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇∶0.1%冰乙酸=70∶30(V/V)为流动相,检测波长为225 nm。结果表明,马兜铃酸A在0.087 4~8.098 0μg/m L(R2=0.999 7)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为96.95%~99.42%,相对标准偏差为2.63%~3.72%,检测限为0.003μg/m L。该方法灵敏度高、操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用于苕叶细辛中马兜铃酸A的测定。

摘 要:
Aristolochic acid A in Asarum insigne Diels was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The analysis was performed with Shim-pack VP-ODS column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with the mobile phase of Me OH∶0.1%acetic acid=70∶30(V / V) at 225 nm. The results showed that the Aristolo chicacid A had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.087 4 ~8.098 0 μg / m L(R2=0.999 7). The average recoveries were 96.95% ~99.42% with RSD of2.63%~3.72%, and the detection limit was 0.003 μg / m L. This method is sensitive, convenient, accurate and reproducible for determining aristolochic acid A in Asarum insigne Diels.
