摘 要：
河流作为乡村水环境的重要组成部分,对乡村生态、生活、生产空间的改善及城乡区域协调发展意义重大。鉴于乡村河流的多目标需求,提出耦合理念下的整治思路,以捞刀河长沙县段作为研究对象,从防洪体系、水利工程设施、生态治理、新农村建设四方面与河流景观实现协同整治。

摘 要：
Rivers, as an important part of rural water environment, plays a significant role in improving the rural ecological patterns, daily lives and production spaces, and orchestrating the development of the urban and rural regions. To achieve multi objectives, the regulating idea out of coupling concept has been proposed to elaborate which the case Laodao River,reach in Changsha County is going to be taken with expounding the realization of the coordinated renovation upon the four aspects: flood control system, water conservancy facilities, ecological restoration and new rural construction and the river landscape.
