东兰乌鸡神经肽Y基因对300日龄产蛋数的影响

摘  要:
采用PCR-RFLP技术检测135只东兰乌鸡中NPY基因的多态性,并分析其对300日龄产蛋数的影响。结果表明,在该东兰乌鸡群体中发现了NPY基因的3种基因型(AA、AB、BB),不同基因型对300日龄产蛋数影响显著(P<0.05),AA型个体的产蛋数显著高于BB型个体(P<0.05)。因此,该NPY基因多态位点可以作为影响东兰乌鸡产蛋数的分子标记。

摘  要:
We used PCR-RFLP to test genetic polymorphism of NPY gene,and analyzed the effect of various genotypes on the total number of eggs with 300 age( EN) in 135 Donglan black-bone chickens. The results showed that there were three genotypes in the group. The association analysis showed that NPY gene had significant effects on EN( P < 0. 05),and EN of AA genotype was higher than BB genotype( P < 0.05). So,the polymorphic site of NPY gene can be a good DNA marker to be used in MAS for EN in Donglan black-bone chicken.
