华佗通便栓剂对犬血液细胞的影响

摘  要：
目的:研究华佗通便栓剂对犬血液细胞的影响。方法:选择12只健康的中华田园犬,按体重相近原则随机分为对照组和给药组,雌雄各半,给药组直肠给华佗通便栓剂7d,每日2颗,每颗重约1.6g;对照组每日两颗空白栓剂。分别于给药前和给药后颈静脉采血,检测犬血常规,分析犬血液细胞的变化。结果:华佗通便栓剂可以促进排便,增加粪便水分,但用药时间长会使粪便变稀;华佗通便栓剂可使犬血液中红细胞总数、血红蛋白、血小板总数增加。结论:华佗通便栓剂可通过增加粪便水分、促进血液循环发挥治疗便秘的作用。

摘  要：
Objective:To investigate the effect of Hua Tuo laxative suppository on blood cells in dogs.Methods:12 healthy Chinese garden dogs were divided into control group and drug delivery group with similar weight in principle,female dogs and male dogs number each half,the drug delivery group received rectal suppository(1.6-1.7 g)for 7 days with 2 tablets per day,control group was given two blank suppository for per day.Before and after administration,blood was collected from the jugular vein,and routine blood test was performed to analyze changes in blood cells.Results:Hua Tuo laxative suppository can promote bowel movements,increase feces moisture,but the medication for a long time will make too much moisture in the stool.Hua Tuo laxative suppository can increase the total number of red blood cells,hemoglobin,and platelets in the blood of dogs.Conclusion:Hua Tuo laxative suppository can treat constipation by increasing stool moisture and promoting blood circulation.
