贵州农村信息化建设效果评价

摘  要：
利用作者构建的综合评价体系,从贵州4个不同类别的农村信息化建设区域中选取样本,对建设效果作综合评价。以非参数方法进行验证,结果显示:各类地区之间信息化建设效果存在明显的顺序关系,与地区分类结果吻合,说明分类方法和评价结果的科学性。指出贵州农村信息化建设的薄弱环节在于接入/输出端口信息服务及同级政府投入不足,并提出了加强"第一公里"和"最后一公里"等建设的若干政策建议。

摘  要：
The construction effect was comprehensively evaluated based on analyzing the samples selected from four different types of rural informationization construction regions by using the comprehensive evaluation system and then was verified by the non-parametric test method.The results showed that there was an obvious sequence relationship in rural informationization construction effect between different regions and the analysis result accords with the regional classification effect,which explains the classification method and evaluation results is of scientific nationality.The paper points out that the weak link in rural informationization construction of Guizhou province is in input/output port service and lack of government input,and puts forward some policy suggestions to reinforce construction of "the first kilometer" and "the last kilometer".
