磨粉机水冷式磨辊温度场数值模拟

摘  要:
为研究辊式磨粉机水冷式磨辊的温度分布规律,应用计算流体力学软件Fluent,对内孔为螺旋槽管、光管两种型式的水冷却式磨辊温度场进行数值模拟研究,探讨辊体与冷却水对流换热机理。研究表明,内孔为螺旋槽的磨辊内部流体温度升高较快,内孔表面的螺旋槽加剧了冷却水的径向扰动,同时内部流体产生脱离壁面的运动现象,形成回流区,减小边界层热阻;此结构也提高了近壁面流体与辊间的相对速度,增大传热系数,具有较好的冷却效果。

摘  要:
In order to research the law of temperature distribution on the water-cooling roller of mill,temperature field of smooth water-cooling roller and spiral flute roller was numerical simulated by applying Fluent software,and mechanism of heat transfer between cooling water and roller body was discussed.The results showed that elevation of fluid temperature raised faster in the spiral flute roller,the inner bore spiral scroll aggravated the radial disturbance of cooling water,formed a recirculation zone for internal fluid,created a detaching movement and reduced the thermal resistance of boundary region.The relative velocity between fluid which close to the wall and the roller was raised,the increasing coefficient of thermal transmission had a better cooling effect.
