高校协商民主是基层协商民主的一种重要形式,有利于师生广泛参与学校民主管理,提升高校民主决策的科学化水平。加强高校协商民主建设,要坚持和加强党的全面领导,把党的领导贯穿高校协商民主全过程;要发挥高校民主党派、教职员工和在校学生等协商民主主体的作用,深入推进高校民主管理;要丰富高校协商民主的实现形式,推动高校协商民主广泛、多层、制度化发展。

摘  要：
Consultative democracy in Colleges and universities is an important form of consultative democracy at the grassroots level. It is conducive to teachers and students' participation in the democratic management of schools and improving the scientific level of democratic decision-making in Colleges and universities. We should adhere to and strengthen the Party's overall leadership and run the Party's leadership throughout the whole process of deliberative democracy in colleges and universities. We should give full play to the role of consultative democratic subjects such as democratic parties, teaching staff and students in colleges and universities in order to promote democratic management in colleges and universities. We need to enrich the realizing forms of consultative democracy in colleges and universities, which will advance extensive, multilevel, and institutionalized development of consultative democracy in colleges and universities.
