灵芝菌糠发酵饲料对育肥猪生产性能的影响

摘  要:
试验采用单因子设计,研究灵芝菌糠发酵饲料对育肥猪生长性能、胴体品质及血细胞的影响。健康的体重约30 kg的杜洛克猪36头,随机分为2个处理组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组饲喂商品配合饲料,试验组饲喂含发酵灵芝菌糠的自制配合饲料。试验期70 d。结果表明:本试验条件下,添加20%的发酵灵芝菌糠对育肥猪的日增重无显著影响(P>0.05);每千克增重饲料成本下降了约5.19%;瘦肉率显著提高(P<0.05);对猪血细胞计数无显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,在基础饲料中添加20%的自制灵芝菌糠发酵饲料对猪的生长性能未产生显著影响,且降低了饲料成本。

摘  要:
The effect of Ganoderma WMLE feed on carcass quality and blood cells of fattening pigs were studied by the method of single factor.36 Duroc pigs with average weight of 30 kg were randomly assigned to 2 treatment groups with 3 replicats of 6 each.control group were fed with commercial formula feed and test group were feed with self-made formula feed containing fermentation Ganoderma WMLE.The test period was 70 d.The results showed that:the effect of Ganoderma WMLE on daily gain of fattening pigs wasn's significant(P < 0.05),but feed costs of the weight gain per kilogram decreased by 5.19% and lean meat percentage increased significantly(P < 0.05);The effect Ganoderma WMLE feed on pig blood cells showed no significant.The results indicated that the basic feed added about 20% Ganoderma WMLE feed couldn't affect growth performance of the pigs and feed costs decreased.
