台湾栾树幼苗生长及营养吸收对盐胁迫的响应

摘  要:
以温室里一年生的台湾栾树盆栽苗为研究对象,设置0、6、9、12和15 g.kg-1的盐浓度对其进行胁迫,测定其生长量、生物量、含水率和营养元素。结果表明:盐胁迫下,台湾栾树幼苗生长受抑制,生物量下降,根冠比增加,15 g.kg-1的盐浓度下植株的叶全脱落;植株中的Na+含量随盐浓度升高而增加,而K+含量、叶中的Ca2+和Mg2+含量均降低。

摘  要:
The one-year seedlings of Koelreuteria henryi were cultivated in pots that were treated with salt solution concentrations of 0,6,9,12 and 15 g·kg-1(soil dry weight) in greenhouse in order to determine the seedlings' growth,biomass,moisture and nutrient element.The results show that the seedling growth and biomass of K.henryi degreased at different degrees while the ratio of root and shoot increased with the salt press;specially,all of the leaves of the seedlings dropped down at the treatment level of 15 g·kg-1(soil dry weight).The contents of Na+ added with the increase of salinity;and at the same time,the contents of K+ as well as Ca2+ and Mg2+ in the seedling leaves decreased.
