定西市10个外引马铃薯专用品种加工品质分析

摘  要:
以费乌瑞它、大西洋、夏波蒂为对照,通过对10个外引马铃薯品种的块茎性状及口感、营养品质、耐氧化褐变、油炸加工品质等性状的综合分析,并结合品种比较试验表现筛选出6个优质专用马铃薯品种.结果表明:AGRICO-1和AGRICO-2符合菜用型品种要求; AGRICO-5和AGRICO-6符合炸片型品种要求; AGRICO-8和AGRICO-9符合炸条型品种要求.特别是AGRICO-2和AGRICO-9两个品种,与对照相比增产幅度大、抗旱性强、品质优良,综合表现突出,具有良好的推广应用前景.

摘  要:
By using Feiwu Ruita,Daxiyang,and Xiapoti as contrastive group,the tuber quality,favor,nutritional quality,antioxidation brown stain,frying processing quality of the properties of the ten varieties were analyzed comprehensively. Combined with the comparative test performance,six exclusive good quality varieties of potato were screened out. Among them,AGRICO-1 and AGRICO-2 were qualified for vegetable variety. AGRICO-5 and AGRICO-6 were qualified for shred-frying variety. AGRICO-8 and AGRICO-9 were qualify for chipfrying variety. Especially the varieties of AGRICO-2 and AGRICO-9 increased greatly,and they had strong drought resistance and good quality compared with contrastive group,and had a good prospect for popularization and application.
