吉林省森林植物检疫对象普查技术报告

摘  要：
1998年9月至2000年11月,以林场、经营所、苗圃、林业站为普查实施单位,对全省48个县(市、区)、833个乡(镇)、18个森工局和4个森林经营局内的人工林、天然林、天然次生林、苗圃和园林绿化树种进行了全面调查。共设调查标准地15 390块,总调查代表面积5.6×106hm2,占应调查林地面积的92.3％。现已查明国家规定的森林植物检疫对象8种,分别是落叶松枯梢病(Guignardia laricina)、松针红斑病(Dothistroma pini)、松疱锈病(Cronartium ribicola)、冠瘿病(Agrobacterium tumefaciens)、杨干象(Cryptorrhynchus lapathi)、落叶松种子小蜂(Eurytoma lar-icis)、柳蝙蛾(Phassus excrescens)、日本松干蚧(Matsucoccus matsumurae),我省补充规定的森林植物检疫对象3种,分别是青杨虎天牛(Xylotrechus rusticus)、白杨透翅蛾(Paranthrene tabaniformis)、紫穗槐豆象(Aconthoscelides plagiatus),并查明了上述森林植物检疫对象在我省的分布、发生和危害面积。

摘  要：
A general survey aiming to artificial stand, natural forest, natural secondary forest, nursery and landscaping species throughout the Jilin Province had been conducted from Sep. 1998 to Nov. 2000. It taking forest 'farm, management block, nursery and forestry station as survey unit (distributed to 48 Counties/Cities/Districts, 833 Villages/Towns, 18 Forest Industry Bureaus and 4 Forest Management Bureaus), established 15 390 sample plots which up to 5.6×106 hm2and occupied 92.3% of total area that should be surveyed. Investigation reveals that there are 8 quarantine objects of forest plant by national prescription ( Guignardia laricina, Dithistroma pini, Cronartium ribicola , Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Cryptorrhynchus lapathi, Eurytoma laricis, Phassus excrescens and Matsucoccus matsumurae), and 3 kinds by additional regulations of Jilin Province ( Xylotrechus rusticus, Paranuthrene tabaniformis and Acanthoscelides Plagia-tus) . The areas of distribution, occurrence and damage of mentioned objects were also proved through the investigation.
