康养旅游项目的开发潜力评价体系构建

摘  要：
康养旅游作为一种新的旅游方式,越来越受到游客的青睐。我国对康养旅游资源优劣的评价标准尚未统一。采用层次分析法结合德尔菲法,从康养旅游资源、康养旅游环境、开发建设价值三个方面,分7个准则层、33个指标层,构建康养旅游目的地的开发潜力评价体系,对康养旅游目的地资源进行全面综合评价。该评价体系能够全面、深入地定量评价区域康养旅游资源及其开发潜力大小,能为康养旅游景区指标核查、现状评估、资源开发利用与保护,及康养基地的规划建设和发展决策提供理论参考。

摘  要：
As a new way of tourism, health tourism is becoming more and more popular among tourists. There is no unified standard for evaluating the health tourism resources in China. By combining the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) with the Delphi method, the development potential evaluation system of the health tourism destination is constructed from the 3 aspects of health tourism resources, health tourism environment, and development and construction value. The evaluation system is divided into 7 criterion levels and 33 index levels. The evaluation system can comprehensively and deeply evaluate the regional health tourism resources and their development potential, and can provide theoretical reference for the health tourism scenic spot index verification, status assessment, resource development, utilization and protection, as well as the planning, construction and development decision of the health base.
