网络环境下院系资料室实行“总分馆制”的构想

摘  要：
网络环境下院系资料室必须与学校图书馆共同纳入一个资源共享网络中,将资料室定位为校图书馆(总馆)的一个分馆,推行总分馆制,通过对资料室的协管,重组资料室的业务流程,建立起文献保障系统平台,有利于实现全校文献资源建设与利用的统一管理,最终实现全校文献资源的共知、共建与共享。

摘  要：
College reference rooms should be integrated into a resource-sharing network with academic library under network environment.Reference rooms should be positioned a branch library of academic library and managed according to the chief-branch library policy.After helping managing the reference rooms and rearranging its work flow,the chief library can build a platform of information system.This will help to achieve the unified management of information resources of the whole school.In the end,all these information resources can be known,built and shared by all together.
