摘 要:
选用混合光合细菌高效产氢菌群,以猪粪污水为原料,研究了不同条件下的光合产氢量.研究表明:产氢量随原料浓度的升高而增大,考虑到工业化应用,其原料浓度(以COD表示)一般为5 000 mg.L-1;温度对产氢有比较显著的影响,该菌群产氢最适温度为30℃;产氢活性随光照度的增大而增大,当光照度高于1 000 lx时比低于1 000 lx时的产氢活性显著提高,光照度为1 600 lx时产氢量达到最大;该菌群适宜产氢的pH值在6.5~7.5之间,当pH值为7.0时产氢量达到最大;稳定产氢时其氧化还原电位稳定在-250 mV.

摘 要:
With PSB group and pig dejecta as substrate,the paper studied the hydrogen production amount under different.The results are as follows:The operation conditions.The results are as follows: The amount of H-2 production is directly proportional to the concentration of substrate,with a view to the industrial application,the usual point is 5 000 mg·L~(-1);the effect of temperature on H-2 photoproduction was more notable.The optimal temperature of H-2 production by the bacteria group was 30 ℃.With the increase of light intensity,H-2 production activity of bacteria group would increase accordingly.When light intensity was higher than 1 000 lx.the H-2 production activity was higher than that when light intensity was lower than 1 000 lx.When light intensity was 1 600 lx,the H-2 production quantity reached the biggest value.The fit pH value was 6.5~7.5.When pH value was 7.0,the H-2 production is the highest.In the process of H-2 production,the oxidation-reduction potential maintain250 mV.
