“互联网+”时代农村新型科技信息服务体系的构建

摘  要：
随着互联网的普及与发展,"互联网+"战略的提出,信息已广泛而深入地改变了人们的生活和生产,信息化建设已成为今后中国农村科技信息服务的主要方向。但是,如何帮助文化程度普遍不高的农民适应信息化建设的要求,如何在纷繁复杂的信息中寻找有用的科技信息,以促进生产、发展经济,已成为有关方面急需解决的问题。文章结合当前农村科技信息发展现状,互联网+对农村信息化带来的新的要求的迅速普及进行分析,提出当前农村科技信息服务的初步设想。

摘  要：
With the popularization and development of Internet, and the implementation of "Internet+" strategy, information has widely and deeply changed people's life and production. Information construction has been the main direction of China' s rural science and technology information service. But how to help farmers with low standard of culture adapt to the requirements of information construction and find useful science and technology information in mass information, to promote production and develop economy, has become an urgent problem. Based on the development status of rural science and technology information, this paper analyzed the rapid popularization and new requirements of "Internet+" on rural informatization, and proposed preliminary ideas.
