摘  要：
文章根据呼和浩特市森林采伐管理中存在的问题,分析问题存在的原因并提出相应的解决措施,以便适应新时期对森林经营提出的更高要求。同时,对群众反映最大、意见最多和表现最为明显的现行采伐制度的管理方面做了有益的探讨,确保森林采伐既达到保护森林资源的目的,又能够充分调动广大群众参与林业生态建设的积极性,以便早日实现林业生态建设跨越式发展。

摘  要：
The reason which this article according to the Huhhot forest to cut which in the management to have the question,the analysis question exists and to propose the corresponding solution measure,in order to adapts the new time a higher request which proposed to the forest management.At the same time,to the populace reflected biggest,the opinion were most and displays obviously present cuts the system management aspect to make the beneficial discussion,guaranteed the forest to cut both achieves the protection forest resources the goal,and can fully transfer the general populations to participate in the forestry ecology construction the enthusiasm,in order to soon will realize the forestry ecology construction to surmount the type development.
