摘  要:
对烟农专业合作社引入职业经理人的必要性进行了分析,通过实地调查对目前烟农专业合作社职业经理人的现状进行阐述,针对烟农专业合作社对职业经理人认识不足、职业经理人的素质普遍较低、合作社内外部缺少职业经理人成长机制等问题,提出从职业经理人个人职业能力的提高和道德素质的提升,到构建合作社内外部选拔机制、培养机制、管理机制、考核机制等方面的一套保障机制来为现代烟农职业经理人队伍的成长提供借鉴和参考。

摘  要:
The work of professional managers is essential for tobacco farmer cooperatives management. Field study was conducted and it was found that current cooperatives were hindered by such problems as insufficient knowledge lack of good quality professional managers and sound progressing mechanism yet to be established. A set of measures were thus put forward such as increase of competency, establishment of sound progressing mechanism, selection and promotion mechanism, training and management mechanism, evaluation mechanism for managers both in and outside cooperatives..
