基于hyperworks的校车车身骨架结构分析

摘  要:
利用某型校车车身骨架结构的有限元模型,计算和分析了在不同工况下车身的强度、刚度和低阶模态,找到了车身的结构薄弱处。分析结果显示,车身骨架最大应力主要分布在仪表盘骨架下方,其余部位应力值较低,符合设计要求。

摘  要:
A FEM model of the skeleton of the school bus were used to compute the distribution of stress and displacement of the structure,to recognize the modes of the coach body and to discovery the weak point of the bus body. The result shows that the big stress of the body frame structure happens under the skeleton of the dashboard, others in low level, it meets the design requirements.
