采用血小板计数法对绵羊进行超早期妊娠诊断研究

摘要：

选择70只健康多浪羊母羊,分为2组:经人工授精受配母羊60只(试验组),未受配母羊10只(对照组)。采用血小板计数法对60只受配母羊进行早期妊娠诊断。结果显示,在配种后第7天怀孕母羊血小板数值降低(74±59.98)×109个/L,与未配种对照母羊血小板值相比,差异极显著(P<0.01);检测受孕羊54只,未孕羊6只,经与临床妊娠检查及产羔结果比较,已孕羊妊娠符合率为92.59%,未孕羊符合率为83.33%,总符合率达91.66%。

摘要：

70 ewes of Duolang Sheep were selected and divided into two groups.After artificial insemination,60 ewes in test group were mated and 10 ewes in control group were dismated.Using platelet counting method,early pregnancy diagnosis was made on 60 mating sheep.The results showed that platelet number of pregnant ewes decreased(74±59.98)×109 /L on the 7th day after mating and had extremely significant differences with that of dismating control ewes(P<0.01).The detection results showed that 54 ewes were pregnant and 6 ewes were not pregnant.Through clinical pregnancy examination and the comparison of the lambing results,it was found that the pregnancy coincidence rate of pregnant ewes was 92.59%,that of non-pregnant ewes was 83.33% and total coincidence rate was 91.66%.
