普惠金融对黄河流域中上游农业绿色生产效率的影响研究

摘  要：
采用包含非期望产出的SBM模型对黄河流域中上游2011-2020年的农业绿色生产效率进行测算和分析,之后采用Tobit模型分析普惠金融对该区域农业绿色生产效率的影响.结果表明:①黄河流域中上游农业绿色生产效率值处于中等水平,且表现出上升趋势.分区域分析,上游地区整体呈线性增长趋势,其增长较快,中游地区虽整体表现出上升趋势,但整体发展趋势弱于上游.各省(市)中,从各省来看,内蒙古自治区农业绿色生产效率值要明显高于其余省(自治区),陕西省的效率值最低.②普惠金融总指数对黄河中上游整体及上游均有显著的正向作用,对中游有显著的负向作用.普惠金融覆盖广度指数对黄河中上游整体及上游和中游均有显著的促进作用.普惠金融使用深度指数分别对黄河流域中上游整体及上游和中游农业绿色生产效率均有有显著的正向作用.

摘  要：
This paper uses the SBM model including unexpected output to measure and analyze the agricultural green production efficiency in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River basin from 2011 to 2020, and then uses the Tobit model to analyze the impact of inclusive finance on the agricultural green production efficiency in the region.The results show that:(1)The agricultural green production efficiency in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River basin is at a medium level and shows an upward trend.According to the regional analysis, the upstream region shows a linear growth trend as a whole, and its growth is fast.Although the midstream region shows an overall upward trend, the overall development trend is weaker than the upstream region.Among the provinces(municipalities), from the perspective of each province, the agricultural green production efficiency value of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is significantly higher than that of other provinces(autonomous regions), while the efficiency value of Shaanxi Province is the lowest.(2)The general index of inclusive finance has a significant positive effect on the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River as a whole and the upper reaches, and a significant negative effect on the middle and upper reaches.The inclusive financial coverage index plays a significant role in promoting the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River as a whole, as well as the upper and middle reaches.The use depth index of inclusive finance has a significant positive effect on the overall agricultural green production efficiency in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River basin, as well as in the upper and middle reaches.
