汽车离合器膜片弹簧有限元分析

摘  要:
利用UG软件建立整个离合器膜片弹簧三维模型;采用NX nastran软件的有限元分析功能对膜片弹簧进行了危险工况下的静应力计算和模态分析,得到其在各危险工况下的最大静应力、应变及固有频率;最后,对膜片弹簧进行了耐久性分析,找出了其危险疲劳点。研究结果可为传统离合器膜片弹簧的设计或升级提供理论依据。

摘  要:
First, 3D model for the whole clutch diaphragm spring is established with UG (Unigraphics), then static stress calculation and modal analysis under dangerous working conditions are conducted with the FEA function of the software NX nastran, the maximum static stress and natural frequency at each dangerous working status is acquired; finally, durability analysis is done to the diaphragm spring to find its dangerous fatigue point. The research results could provide theoretical accordance for design and update of traditional clutch diaphragm spring.
