北京市居民营养膳食结构研究

摘  要:
为了解并掌握北京市居民不同年龄段居民的饮食习惯及不同来源食物食用率,项目组以抽样入户访问的方式进行调查,结果显示:98. 5%的居民日常主食以大米及制品为主,14岁以下青少年对各种主食的食用频率均高于平均水平;食用率较高的蔬菜为西红柿(92. 4%),茄子的进食频率在不同年龄段存在显著差异,其余26种蔬菜在各年龄段群组之间的进食频率均无显著差异;水果类食品中苹果食用率为92. 0%,高于其他水果,其次西瓜和香蕉食用率分别为80. 7%和77. 1%,即说明这3种水果是居民日常食用的主要选择对象。

摘  要:
In order to understand and grasp the eating habits of different residents of different age groups and the rate of food consumption from different sources in Beijing city,the project team conducted a survey with a sample of household visits. The results showed that98. 5% of the residents' daily staple food was mainly rice and products. The frequency of consumption of various staple foods was higher than the average for the following young people,vegetable with a higher consumption rate were tomatoes( 92. 4%). There was a significant difference in the eating frequency of eggplant among different age groups,and the feeding frequency of the remaining 26 kinds of vegetables were in different age groups. There was no significant difference in the frequency of eating between the two. Apple fruit consumption rate in fruit foods was 92. 0%,which was higher than other fruits,followed by watermelon and banana consumption rates were 80. 7% and 77. 1%,respectively,indicating that these three kinds of fruit are the main choice for residents' daily consumption.
