土壤水分胁迫对大蒜光合特性的影响

摘  要:
研究了土壤水分胁迫对抽薹期‘苍山蒜’光合作用的影响。结果表明, 在土壤水分正常条件下, 大蒜光补偿点为79 μmol·m - 2·s- 1 , 饱和点为968 μmol·m - 2·s- 1 ; CO2 补偿点为86 μL·L- 1 , 饱和点为1 450 μL·L- 1 。水分胁迫使大蒜的光合速率、光饱和点和CO2 饱和点降低,光补偿点和CO2 补偿点升高。

摘  要:
The effect of soil water stress on photosynthetic rate of garlic( Allium sativum L.cv cangshan)during bolting stage was studied.The results are as follows:The light compensation point of garlic was 79μmol·m -2 ·s -1 ,the light saturation point was 968μmol·m -2 ·s -1 ,the CO 2 compensation point of garlic was 86μL·L -1 ,and the CO 2 saturation point was 1450μL·L -1 at 80% soil water content.Under soil water stress photosynthetic rate and the light saturation point and CO 2 saturation point decreased,whereas the light compensation and CO 2 compensation increased.
