摘 要：
目的:建立适用于营养调查的计算机辅助面访系统,提高营养调查的质量及效率。方法 :计算机辅助面访系统的构建主要包括问卷生成子系统、现场调查(面访)子系统和后台管理子系统,并通过逻辑判断、痕迹记录、现场录音等方法进行问卷调查的质量控制和对调查员的监督,同时在系统中整合膳食营养数据库、膳食结构数据库等,给予受试者即时、直观、科学的膳食营养评价和建议,提高受试者的积极性。从问卷生成、现场面访调查到数据整理、统计分析实现全程电子化,减少手工操作的人为错误并提高效率。结果:成功构建了适用于营养调查的计算机辅助面访系统,并有待于在大样本人群营养调查中进一步验证。

摘 要：
【Objective】To construct a suitable computer-assisted interview system to improve the efficiency and quality of nutrition survey.【Method】The interview system included questionnaire-generated subsystem,field-interview subsystem and back-stage management subsystem.Some approaches,such as logical judgment,traces recording and location recording,had been applied in the system for quality control.Visualized and scientific dietary nutrition suggestion would be given immediately by the system combined with nutrition database to boost the participants' enthusiasm and to improve survey efficiency with fewer mistakes.【Result】A computer-assisted interview system had been successfully built and needed more practical application.
