基于VB的犁底施肥机设计绿色材料一级模糊评价与分析

摘  要:
以2FLD-1.8型犁底施肥机减速箱高速轴齿轮为研究对象,选取5种不同的材料,综合考虑疲劳强度、屈服点、硬度、韧性、工艺性、成本和绿色度等7个因素,采用模糊数学方法应用VB6.0开发的系统对轴齿的材料进行了综合评价。评价结果为:45钢为最优材料。

摘  要:
Taking the high-speed gear of 2FLD-1.8 type plow-bottom fertilization machine as a studied object,choosing five kinds of materials,combining several factors(fatigue value,bend point,hardness,toughness,manufacturability,cost,green degree),the material comprehensive evaluation is done by using fuzzy mathematical method based on VB6.0 software,and the results show that 45 steel is the optimum material for the stalk.
