烟叶工业分级与精细化分类在打叶复烤均质化加工中的应用

摘  要:
构建了原烟在线近红外检测模型,从打叶复烤加工环节提高烟叶原料加工的稳定性和均匀性。通过该模型对工业分级后的原烟进行精细化烟碱分类,然后采用精细化加工进行模块配打。结果表明,与常规加工相比,精细化分类后的原烟烟碱平均变异系数由17.14%降至6.47%;精细化加工方式的配方打叶复烤成品片烟烟碱变异系数VCO1B从2.76%降至2.47%,VBO3S从1.62%降至1.16%,均匀性控制效果显著提升。

摘  要:
In order to improve the stability and uniformity of tobacco raw materials in the threshing and redrying process, an online near-infrared determination model of tobacco leaves was established. By using the model, the refined classification based on nicotine content of industrial graded tobacco leaves were carried out, and then the refined industry grade tobacco leaves were used for tobacco leaf module processing. The results showed that,compared with normal processing, the coefficient of variation(CV) of nicotine of tobacco leaves decreased from 17.14% to 6.47% after refined classification, and CV of nicotine of VCO1 B decreased from 2.76% to 2.47%, and that of VBO3 S decreased from 1.62% to 1.16%. The effect of this kind of uniformity control method was significantly improved.
