枸杞气吸采摘参数试验研究

摘  要:
为了获取气吸采摘枸杞果实的最佳工作参数,首先测得枸杞的相关力学参数,运用FLUENT软件对气吸式枸杞采摘试验装置的气吸管道进行建模仿真,得到了气吸管道内气体压力云图及速度云图,并对枸杞进行了气吸采摘试验。将仿真与实测的数据对比分析后,发现管径22、25、32mm的气吸管出入口的压差和风速差的仿真结果与实测数值接近,误差较小,证明了试验结果的可靠性。最终,确定了采摘枸杞的最佳工作参数:气吸管径为25mm,风速为27. 5m/s,气吸角度为90°,此时成熟枸杞脱落所需时间平均为1. 92s,破果率为6. 67%。该研究可为气吸式枸杞采摘机的研发提供参考依据。

摘  要:
In order to obtain the optimal working parameters of air-suction harvesting picking Lycium barbarum. Mechanical parameters of Lycium barbarum are firstly measured in this paper. Using FLUENT software modeling and simulating the air-suction pipe. The air-suction pipe gas pressure nephogram and velocity contours are obtained. The air-suction test was done. 22 mm,25 mm and 32 mm diameter of the air-suction pipe entrance and exit pressure difference and wind speed difference,between the simulation results and the measured value is close. The error is small,the reliability of test results is proved. The best working parameters are determined: air-suction pipe diameter is 25 mm,the wind speed is 27. 5 m/s,the suction angle is 90 degrees,the maturity of Lycium barbarum shedding requires an average of 1. 92 s,broken fruit rate is 6. 67%. This paper can provide the data support for the design of the air-suction Lycium barbarum packing picking machine.
