2BFD-2花生覆膜铺管播种机试验研究

摘  要:
针对花生膜下滴灌种植要求,研制了以11k W以上四轮拖拉机为动力的2BFD-2花生覆膜铺管播种机。该机可一次完成作畦、开沟施化肥、播种、铺滴灌管、喷除草剂、覆膜、膜上压孔、覆土、镇压联合作业。采用参数化造型软件设计了覆膜铺管播种机的关键部件。参照滴灌铺管铺膜播种机试验方法,在辽宁省阜蒙县进行了机器的田间试验。结果表明:花生播种重播率为1.8%,空穴率为0.6%,种子破碎率为0.36%,穴粒数合格率为96.2%,穴距合格率为94.24%,行距合格率为93.56%,播种深度为40.08mm,变异系数为5.42%;施肥深度为45.18mm,变异系数为6.24%;铺管深度为22.45mm,变异系数为6.02%;种子覆土厚度合格率为92%,膜孔全覆土率达到95%;滴灌管纵向拉伸率为0.8%。该机作业质量较好,各项指标均达到了设计要求,可以适应中国北方干旱区花生膜下滴灌高产栽培机械化种植的要求。

摘  要:
A 2BFD-2 type peanut pipe-laying and film-covering drill was developed to meet the requirements of planting peanut with pipe irrigation and mulching. The driller was powered by more than 11 k W tractor. The combined work of ridging,fertilizing, seeding, pipe-laying, herbicide spraying, film covering, hole-opening, soil-covering and soil-rolling can be achieved within one work. The critical components were designed using parametric modeling software. Field test was conducted in Zhangwu Country, Liaoning Province, according to technical specification for quality evaluation of pipe-laying and film-covering drill.Results showed that the drill had good working performances: Rate of multiples was 1.8%, rate of no seed hill was 0.6%, rate of damaged seeds was 0.36%, qualified rate of seeds per hill was 96.2%, qualified rate of hill spacing was 94.24%, qualified rate of ridge spacing was 93.56%. The seeding depth was 40.08 mm with variation coefficient of 5.42%. The fertilizing depth was45.18 mm with variation coefficient of 6.24%. The depth of pipe laying was 22.45 mm with variation coefficient of 6.02%.Qualified rate of soil covering thickness on seed was 92%. Rate of soil covering on film holes reached 95%. Longitudinal stretching rate of mulching film was 95% and longitudinal stretching rate of pipe was only 0.8%. The performance of the drill was perfect to meet the requirement of peanut planting with drip irrigation under mulching in North China.
