Gln对早期断奶仔猪血清尿素氮含量和酶活性的影响

摘  要:
研究了谷氨酰胺对断奶仔猪血清中尿素氮和ALT、ALP、5′-NT活性的影响。试验选用80头平均体重为6.16±0.13 kg的长白×约克夏二元杂交仔猪,28±1 d断奶后,按体重相近原则随机分为5个处理。谷氨酰胺的添加浓度分别为0%、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%和1.2%,试验全程21 d,分别于试验的第7、14和21d测定血清中各指标。结果表明,谷氨酰胺能够降低血清尿素氮含量,提高血清中酶的活性,其在断奶仔猪日粮中最适宜的添加量为1.2%。

摘  要:
The study investigated the effects of glutamine on BUN content and activity of ALT、ALP、5′-NT in serum of early-weaned pigs.In trial,80 weaning pigs(28±1) with average weight of 6.16 ± 0.13 kg,were assigned to 5 groups.Piglets were fed diets supplemented with 0%、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%、1.2% glutamine respectively.The test lasted 21 days.Serum samples were collected in the test of the 7 day,14 day and 21 day.The experiment showed: dietary supplements of Glutamine decreased BUN content,increased enzyme activity of serum(P<0.05=.The 1.2% Gln was an optimal supplementation level for weaned pigs.
