生物滤池中填料高度对鸡粪堆肥尾气除臭效果的影响

摘  要:
利用堆肥作为生物滤池的填料,处理鸡粪堆肥的含氨尾气,通过试验研究了填料层高度对氨的生物过滤效果的影响。试验结果表明,在进气氨浓度为115~1 600 mg.m-3,气体停留时间为52.6 s的情况下,填料层的高度分别为20、40、60 cm的3个生物滤池对氨的累积去除率分别为73.47%、85.95%、94.47%。尾气中的氨浓度的变化与温度变化基本一致。对填料水溶性各形态氮的分析表明,生物滤池对氨的去除主要是通过填料对氨的吸附及吸收作用。

摘  要:
Using compost as media of bio-filter to treat ammoniacontaining emission from chicken droppings composting,the impact of media depth on biofiltration of ammonia was studied.Three bio-filters were used,named bio-filter 1#,2# and 3# with a media depth of 20 cm,40 cm and 60 cm respectively. The compost temperature during the initial period rose rapidly,and primary composting lasted 13 days.Changes of ammonia concentration within the emissions from composting kept pace with the temperature basically.The cumulative ammonia removal rates in bio-filter 1#,2# and 3# were 73.47%,85.95% and 94.47% respectively at inlet ammonia concentration 115~1 600 mg·m~(-3)and the detention time 52.6s.From the analysis of water-soluble ammonia,nitrite and nitrate,it was found that the removal of ammonia mainly attributed to the adsorption and absorption of the media.
