高温热处理对松木颜色和润湿性的影响规律

摘  要:
在4个不同温度和时间水平下,对松木进行高温热处理,研究了处理温度和时间对木材颜色和润湿性的影响规律。结果表明,热处理能使木材厚度方向颜色均匀加深,装饰效果增强;随着处理温度和时间的增加,木材明度显著降低;当温度低于200℃时,提高处理温度和延长处理时间能显著增加木材的红绿指数;木材黄蓝指数随处理温度的升高而降低,当温度在200℃以上时,木材黄蓝指数随处理时间的延长而降低。随着处理温度和时间的增加,木材表面与液滴接触角整体呈现出增加趋势,润湿性降低。在本研究范围内,与对照材相比,通过高温热处理最大可使松木明度、黄蓝指数降低47.3%、26.2%,红绿指数、木材表面与液滴接触角分别增加213.9%、37.5%。

摘  要:
The experiments of thermal treatment with high temperature for pine wood were conducted at 4 varying temperatures and for 4 varying durations,and the effects of treatment temperature and duration time on the color and wettability of wood were investigated.The results show that thermal treatment can make the color of samples become darker and more attractive;the lightness of wood significantly decreases with increasing temperature and duration time;above 200℃,the red-green value of wood samples increased with increasing temperature and duration time;the yellow-blue value decreased with increasing temperature,and it also deceased with increase in duration time above 200℃;the thermal treatment had a positive effect on the contact angle between wood surface and water drop.In this study,thermal treatment can decrease the lightness and yellow-blue value of wood up to 47.3% and 26.2%,while increase red-green value and contact angle up to 213.9% and 37.5%,respectively.
