新疆沙湾县农村能源利用现状及影响因素实证研究

摘  要：
文章对新疆沙湾县农户能源利用情况进行实地调研,研究新疆农村能源使用的总体现状以及主要能源使用的影响因素。通过对当前农户能源利用现状的描述性分析,采用Logit回归分析主要的3种能源煤炭、薪柴、液化气的影响因素。从能源普及率来看,农村能源主要是电力、煤炭和液化气;从消费量比重来看,电(100%)、煤炭(60.4%)、薪柴(17.9%)为主,天然气和沼气等清洁能源比重较低,煤炭几乎全部用于家庭取暖。通过模型分析可知,家庭常住人口对各种能源消费量影响都很大,家庭收入主要影响电(正向)和薪柴消费量(反向),煤炭消费量影响不明显。从能源消费升级的角度看,经济发达、交通便利地区农户能源的消费结构主要从薪柴、煤炭向液化气、电力等商品性便捷能源转换。因此,为了加快农村能源消费的升级,应加强教育,转变农户消费观念,提高农户的环保意识,改善交通条件,加强农村能源供应体系建设。

摘  要：
Based on the investigation and data analysis of energy consumption of rural households in Shawan County, Xinjiang, this paper studies the present situation of rural energy use in Xinjiang and the influencing factors. Logit regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of coal, firewood and liquefied gas, the three main energy sources in the county. In terms of the proportion of consumption, 100 percent of household were using electricity, 60.4 percent of household were using coal, and 17.9 percent of household were using firewood. The utilization proportion of clean energy such as natural gas and biogas was low. The analysis showed that the family resident population had a great influence on all kinds of energy consumption, household income mainly influenced electricity(positive) and firewood consumption(reverse), the influence on coal consumption was not obvious. From the point of view of energy consumption upgrading, The energy consumption structure of rural households in economic developed areas were transforming from firewood and coal to convenient and commodity energy such as liquefied gas and electricity and so on. Therefore, in order to accelerate the upgrading of rural energy consumption, it should be done to strengthen education, change farmers' consumption concept, improve farmers' awareness of environmental protection, improve transportation conditions, and strengthen the construction of rural energy supply system.
