我国西南地区猪配合饲料中霉菌毒素污染状况——基于102家饲料生产企业样品调查

摘  要:
随机抽取我国西南地区102家不同规模饲料生产企业的205份仔猪配合料与青年母猪配合料样品,采用ELISA法检测玉米赤霉烯酮、呕吐毒素和伏马毒素,对含量超过国家限量值80%以上的样品运用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)复查。对于两种方法所测结果差异较大的样品,采用液质联用法(HPLC-MS/MS)确认,综合分析各种方法所测得的试验结果,获得试验最终数据。结果发现,五省市饲料中玉米赤霉烯酮全部被检出;呕吐毒素除广西省稍低外,其余省市均被全部检出;伏马毒素检出率最低为四川省。该批饲料样品中的毒素平均含量均未超出国家限量,伏马毒素在所有样品中超标率为0,其他毒素超标率在不超过20%。分析认为,玉米赤霉烯酮、呕吐毒素以及伏马毒素在西南地区猪配合饲料中污染程度相对较轻,但污染范围较广,建议饲料生产企业应该继续加强对原料和产品的品控管理。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to study on the mycotoxins contamination of 205 piglet and gilt feeds from different scale of 102 feed enterprises in Southwest China.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was initially used for determination of Zearalenone(ZON),Deoxynivalenol(DON) and Fumonisin(FB1).Then,some samples would be detected by High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) if the mycotoxins content was beyond 80% of the national limited standard.Due to the difference of two methods,the results may be changed a lot.Therefore,we chose the high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) to test the feeds again.Different test data was analyzed to obtain the final results.The results showed that the detection rates of ZON were 100% in five regions and DON had the same results except Guangxi(95.16%),the lowest detection rates of FB1 was Sichuan(88.46%).The average content of toxin of all the feed samples was not beyond the limitation standard.The over-limit ratio of FB1 was 0,other toxins within the range of 0 to 20%.In conclusion,the pollution degree of ZON,DON and FB1 was relatively light in the pig feeds,but the range of pollution was wider in Southwest China.Therefore,we suggested that the feed production enterprises should continue to strengthen the management of feedstuffs and feed-products.
