甲硝唑中2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑含量的测定

摘  要:
2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑用甲醇溶解,经重氮化后在325nm处具有最大吸收,据此建立紫外吸收光谱法测定甲硝唑中2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑含量的方法。以吸光值对其质量所得的线性回归方程为:y=3.6689x+0.1216,相关系数为0.9956,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为0.74%。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于快速检测甲硝唑片中2-甲基-5-硝基咪唑的含量。

摘  要:
In this paper, UV-vis spectrometry to determine the content of 2-methyl-5-nitroimidazole in metronidazole tablets was established, in which 2-methyl-5-nitroimidazole was diazotized in methanol and detected at its maximum absorption wavelength of 325nm.The regression equation was obtained as follow:y=3.668 9x+0.121 6, R2=0.995 6, the average recovery was 98.4%, RSD=0.74%.In a conclusion, it was a useful method for rapid detecting 2-methyl-5-nitroimidazole in metron-idazole tablets due to its simple, sensitive and repeatable characteristics.
