长沙绿化树种叶片PAHs富集种类与季节动态特征

摘  要:
用气质联用仪对长沙市城市绿化常用的樟树、广玉兰、桂花和红檵木4个树种叶片中PAHs含量进行了为期1年的测定,结果表明:樟树、桂花、广玉兰和红繼木4种城市绿化树种叶片中的PAHs年均总含量之间差异性显著(P<0.05),分别为11.13、7.58、4.34、3.66mg/kg。4种植物叶片中PAHs总含量具有明显的季节性动态(P<0.05)。16种PAHs组分在不同植物叶片中存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其中2、3、4、5、6环化合物含量的分别占总含量的8.3%~19.5%、41.0%~54.9%、31.5%~43.9%、2.7%~7.5%、0.6%~3.5%。3、4环PAHs为主,占总量的70%以上。植物叶片吸附PAHs的能力存在着种间差异(P<0.05)表现为吸附低环PAHs的量大于高环PAHs。

摘  要:
PAHs consists of a number of toxic compounds which have great harmful effects on plants,anmials and human health.It has been commonly recognized that trees have great potential for the scavenging,storage and purification of relatively large amounts of PAHs.PAHs contents of vegetation leaves of Cinnamomum camphora,Magnolia grandiflora,Osmanthus fragrans and Loropetalum chinense for a year were measured by GC-MS.The results showed that there were significantly difference of PAHs total average content(P <0.05) between 4 tree species,11.13,7.58,4.34,3.66 mg/kg,respectively.The total content of PAHs in leaves of plants were with significant seasonal dynamics(P <0.05).All 16 priority PAHs components in different plant leaves were significant difference(P <0.05),which were 2,3,4,5,6 ring compounds content of total content of 8.3%~19.5%、41.0%~54.9%、31.5%~43.9%、2.7%~7.5%、0.6%~3.5%,respectively.3,4-ring PAHs of the total were accounted more than 70%.Adsorption capacity of PAHs leaf species existed significantly different(P <0.05),the large amount of adsorption of low ring PAHs were more than the high ring PAHs.
