摘 要：
以硫酸盐还原菌Garciella sp.wxz 01为研究对象,笔者自行设计了一套在普通实验室里培养厌氧菌的装置与方法,同时对比了现阶段国内外厌氧培养技术的现状。结果表明:本方法厌氧效果好,培养的菌株长势良好,生理形态特征明显。说明本装置和方法也适用于其他厌氧菌的培养,成本低廉、效果良好、使用方便。

摘 要：
The author designed a set of device and method for culturing anaerobic bacteria in an ordinary laboratory,taking sulfate- reducing bacteria Garciella sp. wxz 01 as a research object. The results showed that the anaerobic effect was good using the method,and the cultured strains grew well and their physiological characteristics were obvious. Meanwhile,compared with the current situation of anaerobic culture techniques at home and abroad at this stage,the results indicate that the device and method are also applied to the culture of other anaerobic bacteria,which has advantages of low costs,good effect and easy to use,
