汽车保险行业诈骗预防对策研究

摘  要：
汽车保险欺诈骗赔是指汽车保险的投保人、被保险人不遵守诚信原则,故意隐瞒有关保险车辆的真实情况,歪曲或掩盖真实情况夸大损失程度,故意制造或捏造保险事故造成保险标的损害,以谋取保险赔付金的行为。文章分析了汽车保险诈骗的形成原因,在此基础上提出了汽车保险欺诈骗赔的几点预防措施。

摘  要：
Auto insurance fraud refers to those behaviors that the applicants or the insured do not comply with the principle of sincerity, intentionally conceal the truth related to the insured vehicle, or distort,cover up the truth exaggerate the losses,or deliberately manufactured or fabricated insurance accidents and cause damage to the insured objects with the purpose to obtain insurance compensation. This paper analyzes the reasons of the formation of auto insurance fraud, and based on that, it puts forward several countermeasures to prevent automobile insurance fraud.
