河南省鸡大肠杆菌的致病特点及血清型研究

摘  要：
通过门诊送检病例 ,对河南省鸡大肠杆菌病的流行情况进行了调查研究 ,并进行了病原体的分离鉴定、血清型及耐药性检测。结果表明 ,在收治的 80例病例中 ,卵黄性腹膜炎占5 0 % ,败血症占 2 5 % ,幼雏脐炎占 1 0 % ,肉芽肿占 6.2 5 % ,气囊炎占 5 % ,肠炎占 3.75 % ;共分离到 72株大肠杆菌 ,分离率 90 %。通过血清型鉴定 ,共有 9个血清型 ,即O5( 2 0 .8% )、O8( 1 6.7% )、O78( 1 2 .7% )、O1 4 1 ( 1 2 .5 % )、O1 4 7( 1 2 .5 % )、O1 8( 1 2 .3% )、O1 9( 5 .6% )、O1 4 ( 4 .9% )和O1 5( 2 .0 % )。河南省鸡群中致病性大肠杆菌的优势菌株依次为O5,O8,O78,O1 4 1 ,O1 4 7,O1 8,说明河南省鸡大肠杆菌病的不同性和复杂性。并且所分离的大肠杆菌菌株对链霉素、烟酸氟哌酸高度敏感 ,高敏菌株达 61 .1 % ,而对痢特灵、土霉素和磺胺嘧啶则产生了明显的抗药性

摘  要：
The pathogenical characters,biochemical characters,antibiotics sensitivity and serotype identification of Avian Escherichia coli isolated from clinic cases had been experimented in Henan province.The results showed that yolk peritonitis took up 50%,septicaemia 25%,navelitis 10%,granuloma 6.25%,saccusitis pneumaticus 5% and enteritis 3.75% in all 80 cases infected Avian Escherichia coli.The antibiotics sensitivity test showed that the most of the isolated strains had high sensitivity to streptomycin and Fluoroquinolones,and the sensitive strains accounted for 61.1% of the total.The serotype identification showed that there were 9 serotypes in the isolated Escherichia coli,including O 5,O 8,O 78,O 141,O 147,O 18,O 19,O 14 and O 15.Among the serotypes ,O 5,O 8,O 141,and O 147 are predominant and special,suggesting that the Avian Colibacillosis in Henan province is very complicated.
