摘 要:
利用傅里叶变换表面增强拉曼光谱(FT-SERS)研究了维生素M(Vm)在银溶胶体系中吸附状态和相互作用的特性,并结合pH值变化探讨了Vm吸附作用特点.实验结果表明,Vm是通过羧基中的一个氧原子和氨基氮原子与银原子配位实现的,以羧基在银表面的化学吸附模式为主.

摘 要:
The adsorption orientation and adsorption characteristics of vitamin M (Vm) on silver sol were studied by FT-surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (FT-SERS) with different pH changes. The result showed that Vm was adsorbed on the silver surface through carboxyl and nitrogen atoms. The adsorption of carboxyl on the silver surface was found to be primarily chemical adsorption.
