盲人公园的设计初探

摘  要：
公园的服务对象是社会的每一个人,传统的公园设计往往把健全人作为考虑对象,而忽略了缺少视力的人群—盲人。找出公园中针对盲人设计的不足之处,以盲人为对象展开问卷调查,并对问卷调查结果进行分析总结,了解盲人的心理需求和对空间、景观的需求,基于此提出针对盲人公园设计的安全性、景观结构完整、无障碍化原则;景观设计的内容包括声景观、嗅觉景观和触觉景观的设计;无障碍设计主要是道路和公共设施的无障碍设计。以期唤起社会对盲人的关注,完善城市公园的设计理论,使盲人也有一个适于自己的休闲活动空间,充实自己的日常生活。

摘  要：
The target to be served in the park is all the people in the society and the healthy people are usually the target to be considered in design of the traditional park, while the people who are lack of eyesight —the blind, are ignored. To find the problems regarding to the blind in park design, a questionnaire among the blinds was made and results were analyzed and summarized. With the understanding of the psychological needs and space requirements, this paper proposed the security principle, structural integrity principle of the landscape, principle of barrier-free design. Soundscape, olfactory landscape and tactile landscape are included in the content of landscape design. Road and public facilities are also included. The purpose of this paper is to arouse all the community to pay close attention to the blind, and to make the theory of park design more perfect. In this way the blind can have a suitable space for leisure activities to enrich their daily life.
