不同南瓜砧木对根结线虫的抗性鉴定及其对接穗黄瓜生长的影响

摘  要:
本试验以7个南瓜砧木品种为材料,通过调查土壤根际根结线虫数、砧木与接穗的亲和力和接穗黄瓜产量,进行品种比较。结果表明,土壤根际根结线虫数差异显著,砧木247、242、229的土壤根际根结线虫数少,219和221次之,CK和北京砧木多;砧木与接穗的亲和力也存在显著差异,242、229、247和CK较强,北京砧木、221和219较差;单株接穗黄瓜产量和结瓜数以242、247和229最高,北京砧木和221次之,CK与219最低。参试7个品种中,242、247、229综合性状表现良好,抗病性、砧木与接穗的亲和性以及单株产量均优于对照,可以作为黄瓜抗根结线虫砧木在栽培中推广应用。

摘  要:
The comparison experiments of 7 pumpkin varieties used as cucumber rootstock were conducted and the numbers of soil rhizosphere root-knot nematode,affinity of root stock and scion and cucumber yield were investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the nematode number of soil rhizosphere was significantly different among rootstock varieties,and those of 247,242 and 229 were the lowest,followed by 219 and 221,but those of CK and Beijing stock were the highest. The affinity of different rootstocks and scions was also significantly different,and those of 242,229,247 and CK were stronger,while Beijing stock,221 and 219 were weaker. The yield and number of cucumber per plant with 242,247 and 229 as rootstocks were the highest,followed by Beijing stock and 221,but those with CK and 219 as rootstocks were the lowest. In the tested rootstock varieties,242,247 and 229 varieties performed well in comprehensive characters,and their disease resistance,affinity between stock and scion and cucumber yield per plant were all better than those of CK,which could be used as the nematode-resistant rootstocks in cucumber cultivation.
