舍饲绵羊产后0~8周乳成分变化规律研究

摘  要:
选取甘肃肉用绵羊新品种选育群经产母羊45只,随机分为9组,每组5只,对舍饲绵羊产后0~8周乳中干物质含量、乳蛋白含量、氨基酸含量和谷氨酰胺含量的变化规律进行了研究.结果表明:舍饲棉羊产后0周乳中的干物质含量和乳蛋白含量显著高于其他各周(P<0.05),1~8周乳中干物质含量和乳蛋白含量组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);乳中谷氨酰胺含量呈"M"型变化趋势,产后0、4和9周乳中谷氨酰胺含量显著低于其他泌乳时期(P<0.05);初乳中所测的15种氨基酸含量均最高,随着泌乳时间的延长,各种氨基酸含量逐渐降低,普遍在第3周含量降至最低,之后有所上升;常乳中(产后1~8周)各种氨基酸平均含量由高到低的顺序为:谷氨酸>脯氨酸>亮氨酸>赖氨酸>天门冬氨酸>缬氨酸>异亮氨酸>丝氨酸>酪氨酸>丙氨酸>苏氨酸>精氨酸>苯丙氨酸>组氨酸>甘氨酸.舍饲绵羊产后0~8周,乳中各种氨基酸含量与赖氨酸含量之比基本稳定,其比值在周龄之间有较小的波动,且差异不显著(P>0.05).

摘  要:
Forty-five confined multiparous ewes,averagely distributed to 9 groups,were used to study the changes of dry matter,crude protein,amino acids and glutanine content in milk 0~8 weeks past-partum.The results showed that milk dry matter and protein in different lactation stages had shown significant differences(P<0.05).Foremilk protein and dry matter content were significantly higher than that of other weeks postpartum(P<0.05).Differences of milk dry matter and protein content in 1~8 weeks postpartum were not significant(P>0.05).The changes of glutamine content could be described as curve of "M".0,4 and 9 weeks glutamine content were significantly lower than that of other weeks postpartum(P<0.05).All 15 amino acids content in foremilk were significantly higher than that of other weeks postpartum(P<0.05).All amino acids content declined gradually from 1~3 weeks and reached a trough at the 3rd week,then tended to increase 4~8 weeks postpartum.The content of every kind of amino acids in milk had following orders: glutamate>proline>leucine>lysine>aspartic>valine>isoleucine>serine>tyrosine>alanine>threonine>arginine>phenylalanine>histidine>glysine.The changes of every amino acid∶lysine ratio didn't show significant differences in different lactation stages(P>0.05).
