某车型减振器姿态调整分析研究

摘 要:
某车型主观评价时反馈平顺性较差,分析原因为后悬架减振器效率太低。为提高该车型平顺性,对后减振器姿态进行了调整。减振器姿态调整后弹簧、减振器效率提高,悬架刚度增大,导致前后偏频比及轮跳行程均发生了改变。为保证偏频比及轮跳行程满足要求,对弹簧刚度、缓冲块间隙等相关参数进行了调整,并对调整后该车型后悬架K&C、整车平顺性能、操稳性能进行了分析对比。对比表明,减振器姿态调整后,后悬架K&C变化满足要求,整车平顺性得到明显改善,整车操稳性能稍有变差。

摘 要:
The poor ride was found on a particular car in subjective assessment largely because there was a low -efficiency shock absorber on rear suspension. The posture of rear shock absorber was adjusted to optimize this vehicle ride. After the shock -absorber posture was adjusted, the efficiency of rear spring and shock absorber were improved with an increase in suspension stiffness, leading to change in front / rear offset frequency ratio and wheel bouncing travel. To ensure that offset frequency ratio and wheel bouncing travel requirements were well satisfied, the parameters related to spring stiffness and buffer clearance were properly adjusted. Furthermore, rear-suspension K&C, vehicle ride, as well as handling were investigated based on the adjusted vehicle. The analytical comparison indicated that, after the shock -absorber posture was adjusted, change in rear-suspension K&C could meet the requirements with a significantly improved ride but a little bit worse vehicle handling.
