生物与化学农药混配降香黄檀对棕斑澳黄毒蛾的毒力筛选

摘  要:
为降低化学农药施用量和延缓害虫的耐药性,采用浸叶法处理降香黄檀嫩叶,并使用其饲养棕斑澳黄毒蛾2龄末期幼虫,利用均匀设计试验对生物农药和化学农药进行混配,求出优化模型、最大共毒系数及最佳混配比例。结果表明:5种供试农药均有杀虫效果,其中,阿维菌素LC_(50)=2.12 mg/L,毒力最强,幼虫对高效氯氟氰菊酯的敏感性最高。经筛选,苏云金杆菌与高效氯氟氰菊酯、棉铃虫核型多角体病毒与高效氯氟氰菊酯均具有良好的增效作用,混配比分别为4∶3和106∶3。

摘  要:
The purpose of this experiment was to reduce the amount of chemical pesticides and to delay the drug resistance of pests. We used the uniform design experiment to mix the biological pesticide and chemical pesticide with Dalbergia odorifera leaves treated by leaf dipping method and feeding 2nd instar larvae of Orvasca subnotata,and the optimization model,the maximum co-toxicity coefficient and the best mixing ratio were obtained. The results showed that 5 kinds of tested pesticides have insecticidal effect,the avermectin LC_(50)= 2. 12 mg/L,so it was most toxic. The larvae was most sensitive to lambda-cyhalothrin. After screening,composite of Bacillus thuringiensis and lambda-cyhalothrin & composite of Helicoverpa armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus and lambda-cyhalothrin have good synergistic effect and the proportions were 4 ∶ 3 and 106 ∶ 3.
