挤压式杏核开口率影响因素研究

摘  要:
杏核的开口破壳属于坚果深加工处理过程中的关键技术环节,为探索杏核挤压式开口破壳效果的影响因素,采用正交试验设计与响应曲面分析相结合的研究方法,以杏核开口效果分值为响应指标,建立了杏核开口效果的数学回归模型。利用残差分析对数学回归模型进行了可靠性诊断,并对试验结果进行了显著性分析。结果表明,影响杏核开口效果的因素依次为杏核挤压位置方向、加载速率和杏核大小等级,且杏核挤压方向对试验效果影响极其显著。

摘  要:
The cracking of apricot pit is the key technical link in deep processing of nut.In order to explore the affecting factors of apricot cracking effect,a research method which combines with orthogonal experiment and response surface was adopted,the mathematicl regression model of apricot cracking effect taking apricot pit cracking effect score as response index was established.The reliability of mathematic regression model was diagnosed by residul analysis,the signigicance of expriment results was analyzed as well.T he results of experiment indicate that,the factors which affect apricot pit cracking effect are extrusion position and direction,loading rate and size of apricot pit,and the extrusion direction has an extremely significant influence on expriment effect.
