原卟啉原氧化酶在亚铁原卟啉与叶绿素生物合成中催化原卟啉原IX氧化成原卟啉IX,此种酶受到需光除草剂(protoxinhibitors)的专门抑制,迅速造成细胞受害与干枯。论述了此类除草剂的作用机制、主要品种、新的活性化合物及抗性基因的转移。

摘  要:
Plant protoporphyrinogen oxidase (protox) catalyzes the oxidation of protoporphyrinogen IX to protopor-phyrin IX in the biosynthesis of hemes and chlorophyll. This enzyme is specifically inhibited by light-dependentherbicides (protox inhibitors). Cells are rapidly injured and become dry necrotic. Mode of action, primary types, newactive compounds, protox resistance genes, and transgenic herbicide-resistant crops are discussed in this paper.
