基于CAN总线的分布式农业温室控制系统设计

摘  要:
为实现农业温室生产过程的智能化监测和控制,设计基于CAN总线的分布式农业温室控制系统。系统由数据采集模块、温室控制器模块、开关量控制模块和监控中心组成。硬件设计以单片机为核心,根据各模块的功能设计相应的外围电路,采用CAN总线技术实现模块间的组网通信。软件设计主要包括监控中心的上位机软件和各模块的下位机软件,其中下位机软件依据CAN总线的协议规范自定义应用层协议。实验结果表明,该系统性能稳定,可扩展性强,能够满足现代化农业温室的智能监测和控制需求。

摘  要:
In order to achieve production process intelligent monitoring and control of agricultural greenhouse,a distributed agricultural greenhouse control system based on CAN bus is designed.The system consists of data acquisition module,greenhouses controller module,switch control module and the monitoring center.Microcontroller as the core hardware design,the peripheral circuit is designed according to the function of each module.CAN bus technology is used for networking and communication between the modules.The software includes monitoring center PC software and the modules lower computer software.Furthermore lower computer software custom application layer protocol based on CAN bus protocol specification.Test results show that this system is stable and scalable,could achieve modern agricultural greenhouse intelligent monitoring and control requirements.
