串行通讯在烘干机测控系统中的应用

摘  要:
烘干机测控系统采用由PLC与计算机组成的监督控制系统,通过PLC和计算机之间的串行通讯,实现计算机对粮食干燥机状态参数的实时监测。为此,介绍了粮食烘干机测控系统中如何使用VC6.0中的ActiveX控件—MSComm实现工控机与欧姆龙CPM1A型可编程控制器之间的串行通讯;详细论述了串行通讯的通讯协议和软件编程方法,并介绍了这种通讯方法在烘干机测控系统中的应用。

摘  要:
The monitor control system is composed by computer and PLC. The state parameters of dryer are monitored in real time by computer using series communication. This paper introduces the achievement of series communication between industrial control computer and OMRON CPM1A using the Active X component- MSComm in control system of grain dryer. The communication protocol and program method is depicted detail. The application of this series communication in grain dryer control system is introduced.
